KVS Mission & Vision
* The idea of encouraging the growth of Secondary Schools with a common syllabus and medium of instruction for the benefit of the children of Central Government employees. * Including defence personnel liable to frequent transfers was first approved in November, 1962, by the Government of India. Consequently, Central Schools Organisation was started as a unit of the Ministry of Education, now Ministry of Human Resource Development of the Govt. of India. * So that the education of their children was not disrupted due to their frequent and sudden transfers in public interest. Initially, 20 Regimental Schools, then functioning at places having large concentration of defence personnel, were taken over as Central Schools during the academic year 1963-64.

1. Admission-2010 (Not for all classes) will start from 15 Feb 2010.Forms (100/- Rs) will be available in vidyalaya office only from 2:00 to 5:00 PM. Please verify your eligibility criteria and vacancy in specified class before purchasing form. 2. Annual Sports Day 2010 will be held on 19th Feb 2010. Parade & Practices has already been started. 3. AISSE & AISSCE Examination 2010 will start on 01st March 2010 as per cbse announcement. e Examination is going to be held probably in first week of March 2010.	4. International Cyber Olympiad Exam(Conducted by EHF in Sep 2009) result has been declared. 05 student secured under 10 rank at National level. Beside it 11 student has secured first rank in state in diffrent category. 3. Technothlon-10 : 08 student of our vidyalaya has participated and all of them secured under 250 National Ranking . Three has got gold medal and other caught silver medal. 2.
